Shipping policy

Preparation

Orders ship from Yardley, Pennsylvania, United States, Monday through Friday. In-stock items usually dispatch within one business day. Orders placed before noon Eastern Time frequently ship the same day, but same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We offer domestic and international shipping to supported destinations.

Orders ship with FedEx. Preparation time is separate from the carrier's transit time.

All machine shipments include tracking and require a signature upon delivery.

Discreet packaging

Products ship in plain brown boxes. To protect your privacy, the shipping label uses a company name other than SHOCKSPOT.

International orders

SHOCKSPOT does not collect international import duties or import taxes at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying these charges upon arrival. These charges are separate from the shipping cost paid at checkout. Customs clearance may affect delivery timing.

Shipping support

If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact Dawn@shockspot.net with your order number and tracking number.

For damage, please include photographs of the carton and the instrument, and retain the packaging. You may also contact FedEx using your tracking number, but we will help you work through the issue rather than leave you to resolve it alone.
